In a world that often rewards the loudest voices in the room, introverts bring a different - and equally powerful - kind of strength to the table. According to Myers-Briggs research, around 56.8% of people lean towards Introversion.
Join Elizabeth Miller, Jessica Steuerwald, Gloria Timmerman and Membership Engagement Director Tori Harper Mercado as they have a thoughtful conversation with those in tech who have embraced their introversion as a superpower, not a setback.

Women & Hi Tech’s ClickSide Chats are quarterly virtual discussions amongst our members to share ideas, resources, and perspectives about professional and personal challenges we are facing. These events serve to build new connections with fellow members. One or more members serve as co-hosts and share their experiences, advice, talents, and resources for our greater good. ClickSide Chats are presented by the Membership Engagement Committee, led and facilitated by Women & Hi Tech Board Member Tori Harper-Mercado.
