You are cordially invited to join us at the 2018 Women & Hi Tech Holiday Networking Event from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at The Eagle’s Nest at Hyatt Regency (top floor), One South Capital Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204. The Eagle’s Nest is the only revolving restaurant in Indianapolis providing 360° views of the downtown Indianapolis skyline, and will be open exclusively to our membership for the evening.
Please bring your holiday spirit to this members-only event in order to network with other members, recap this year’s accomplishments, and to learn more about the organization’s exciting plans for 2019. This event is FREE for members, but you must register to reserve your spot to attend* and notify us to cancel.** Paid parking options for The Eagle’s Nest may be found here.
As in past years, we will be collecting donations for the Dayspring Center at the Holiday Event. The Dayspring Center provides emergency shelter, clothing, and three nourishing meals-a-day for homeless families with children in central Indiana. Kids between 12 and 16 years old are often forgotten when holiday items are donated, so Women & Hi Tech will be accepting donations at the event to fill this void. For Dayspring donations, new items should be in the $10 - $20 range and should not be gift wrapped. While any new items will be accepted, suggested items that the children of the Dayspring Center would appreciate receiving are as follows:
- Jewelry
- Kits to make things
- Scarves
- Ear buds
- Basketballs
- Footballs
- Gift Cards (McDonald's, Wal-Mart, Target, etc.)
Members should register for the Holiday Networking Event as soon as possible and/or by December 3, 2018 as registration will close when this event reaches full capacity! We look forward to seeing you there.

In the event you are unable to attend a high demand, at-capacity, and/or sold-out event, such as this Holiday Networking Event, please send a "Notice of Absence" email to whtinfo@womenandhitech.org at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. We often have people waitlisted for events and appreciate your professionalism in communicating your absence to us with enough time to allow others to attend.**
