“Set your life on fire. Seek those who fan your flames.” – Rumi

Kelly Ragle has over ten years of experience in project management, IT and operations in the consulting, retail, logistics and real estate industries.  She graduated from Indiana University Bloomington Kelley School of Business with Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Information Systems, Business Process Management and Operations Management; and a minor in Math.

Kelly currently holds the CompTIA Project+ as well as the Project Management Institute Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.

Kelly is the Project Coordinator at Pondurance, where she works with clients from across the globe to keep data safe from cyber-attacks. Pondurance takes a pragmatic, scalable approach, bringing sanity to the security process. From their 24/7 primary SOC location in Indianapolis, and offices in Chicago and Tampa, they’ve tailored their solutions to address the evolving cyber threat landscape. Their team of skilled security analysts and compliance experts works as an extension of their clients’ security teams and has helped over 200 clients from around the world reduce risk and strengthen security postures.

Prior to becoming the Secretary for Women & Hi Tech, she was an active member and volunteer, and in 2017 was honored to receive the W&HT Volunteer of the Year award.  Kelly also volunteers with the Central Indiana Chapter of the IU Alumni Association, the IU Foundation, and the Junior League of Indianapolis, and enjoys reading and yoga in her -limited- spare time.  Kelly is a west coast native and, besides Indianapolis, has also resided in both Atlanta and Chicago.  Today, Kelly resides in downtown Indianapolis with her two black cats, Cosmo and Kira.

As a female who has been passionate her whole life about technology, Kelly is usually always the only woman in the room in most professional settings.  A few years ago, she decided to seek out networking opportunities with other women who may also be used to experiencing the same thing.  Enter Women & Hi Tech!

Kelly’s goal for Women & Hi Tech is to serve as an active member of the organization in order to promote the organization and increase awareness and membership. She looks forward to continuing to serve as an advocate for women and girls in STEM!
